I took the wife there for our Anniversary and we had the Royal Burger we both like the burger the oion tower is good we had good service and the berry cake was good to.. date was 8/16/17
Service was terrible. Food was worse. Cold fries, undone fish, burnt corndogs, and a grilled cheese sandwich that was rock hard and the cheese wasn't melted. Asked to sit outside and got a eye roll from bartender. Will not go back.

My visit was on 7/23/17 at 6pm. Must've have the amateur service. The young male waitor kept forgetting to take our order. Once he did, he forgot a few things. Another waitor brought us our food, asked if we needed anything, we asked for 2 things. That waitor completely ignored the requests and went on. I went up to the counter after having to continuously waiting. I had to ask a bus boy for what i had already asked for. After a few minutes, a manager brought our extras. Awesome food great service fun atmosphere loved it
They gave me a old burger then gave me a half cooked on. Then after that had the nerve to try and charge me for the food i returned. And to top it off the fries was cooked in old grease. However that Tropical Mai Tai drink was LIFE�
