Service at the bar is non existent. Maybe you should wait on customers. Won’t go back. Absolutely horrible!!!! And when you tell the hostess they could care less.
Very disappointed in our burgers. Won't be going back.
Our server Alex was amazing. Very patient with my 4 kids and respectful. Always had full drinks. Also food was delicious
We were always going to eat there. Our family went there to celebrate 2 birthdays. It took a half hour to get waited on to have someone take our drink order. Another half hour to get them. Finally got our order taken. Almost 45 minutes later we got our food. My husband and I had cod. It made us sick. We never got any fries. The pretzel bites were burnt. No birthday sundaes. It took too long. TWO HOURS!!! Grandkids had to go home because of school the next day. Thanks a lot��
I’ve been here a bunch of times, and I’ve NEVER had as good service as I did tonight with Colt! He was not only great with our food/drinks, but he was so friendly and funny and he really puts his customers first. I will definitely be coming back requesting him as my server!!
Food was good. Very cold draft at times. Got a refill of water for my wife that must have been dish water somehow. She told me to take a drink, then I smelled it and smelled really bad. Don't understand it. But at least were not sick.Go a few times a year. Didn't like their policy of the gift certificates taking 24 hours to activate!
Went out for dinner with my wife tonight. We were seated and waited over 10 minutes for a waitor/waitress to a least come and take our drink order. We had 5 different workers walk right passed us. We got up and left. This place will no longer get my money. Worst service ever from this place. Fuck them. We went to Culver's instead.
