Horribly long wait time. Rude servers until they found out we weren't happy. 45 minutes to get cold food but only 5 minutes for it to be remade. Terrible experience. Last time we'll eat here. A 97 cent tip was being generous.
Spendy but good.....I'll come back again the next time I'm in town.
I wish I could put zero stars. My boyfriend and I love Red Robin but for the SECOND time we have had terrible customer service and thus a terrible experience. We waited over 45 minutes for our food. And it was a simple 3 burgers and pub Mac and cheese. And on top it our fries were ice cold. I am pretty understanding when a place is busy but it wasn’t. The whole back area was pretty bare. Sat at the bar Saturday for lunch. First time at a Red Robin. Sandwich and fries were great. Loved the unlimited fries and the trivia game. Will definitely go back with the kids.
It's was good but kind of expensive meal for 2 people.
Had a great meal there tonight. I ordered the BLTA Croissant and oddly they were out of croissants however the server suggested the wrap and it was excellent. I would definitely order this again. I didn't realize but I had left my phone in the booth, we had left and once we got home we tried calling the phone to see if it was in the house. Fortunately our waitress had seen it and kept it safe for us at the bar until we returned to pick it up. Thanks for having a conscientious staff!
