We went to Xmas eve at Red Robin and had awesome service! BBQ chicken wrap and French fries with Thai chili sauce is sooo good! The ginger bread shake was. Best I had ever!

We love Red Robin and have always had great tasting food there. Our most recent experience was a little disappointing though. I ordered a side salad with my burger but got fries. My husband ordered a refill of fries and never got it. Otherwise, the food was great, as usual!
We LOVE Red Robin in Dubuque! The food is excellent and service and prices are great. All of the waiters/waitresses seem so friendly and helpful. If there were 20 stars I would give it all 20!!
We've always enjoyed eating here and with twins we have to pick our restaurants wisely. Today was extra special as I saw a mom eating alone with her newborn and she was quietly breastfeeding under her cover. I know it can be hard to breastfeed in public for some new moms so to show some encouragement I asked my waiter to put her order on our bill and I sent her a note to congratulate her. In response the manager comped our bill! We only paid her bill before we left. How amazing is that?! What a great manager and a great team... read more
Service was ' VERY GOOD " despite the place being packed..My food was great and my wife said her's tasted great too..Only complaint was that the chicken sandwich that she ordered came out without anything on it. It was not the same as what was on the menu.
