We always bring our kids here but lately the service has been so slow. Just tonight we experienced this. Not sure we will be back.
Okay well it's sad,, this place has great food, but service has lacked for a few years.. made my daughters group late for prom, everyone didn't get what they ordered and now 2 years later not much has changed. We ate there Friday night and I got a burger and the husband got a chicken meal that required silverware.. we had none on our table and when we asked we were told they were out.. so now his food sits and gets cold... she finally brings a fork but no knife.. Love the burgers and great service every time we have went.
Very bad experience cold food two hour wait just to get our food after a 30 minute wait to get to the table
Our dinner was awesome as was the service!! Really sucks that we had to witness a [fat] family bitch constantly about whatever, just to get a free meal! So sad to see a family stoop to this, especially when they got there after us and finished before us and ate everything on their table,!!!
My wife and I ordered a Burning Love (beef) well done and sharer it. She only took one bite. I half of my half. Within an hour I got sick (twice). Talked to the manager the next day. He took our name and offered nothing! REALLY? I will forever BOYCOTT this restaurant!
