The waitress Carrie is slow and seems she is always mad. We love this place other than this waitress.
Don't know who is running this place but this is the 2nd time I have drove am hour to eat there and the wait time is ridiculous!!!! The funny part is both times more than half the place had seating...but both times they say they don't have enough workers to use those seats. I would rate this place a 0 if i could!!! Apparently this place does not care about customers and if they have to wait. Whoever is in charge should be fired for this continous incompetence!!!

I purchased my son who is a US Navy Veteran and his wife a card for Red Robin there favorite place to eat so today they went there to eat while visiting Family in Cedar Rapids and there daughter was sleeping when they got there she woke up and was cranky and they just got there food when the waitress came and asked them if they wanted to take there food with them. Tonight was not good at all. It was 3 adults and 4 kids at our table. We waited 15 mins before having to asked for service. When it was not even busy. While watching people just standing around. Once we got our food it was cold and did not taste good at all. Don't think our family will be back again.
Food was great but service was pathetic. No refills and bottomless fries a joke. After the food came waiter never came back. Also our waiter needed to take a bath. His BO about choked ya. Maybe it was a good thing he never came back.
You really can't go wrong with bottomless fries and bottomless root beer floats lol Our server was wonderful and the food omg so good. We will be back!
