Great burgers ... Uber was fantastic!!! (Next time ... pair it with beer cheese soup) Royal was awesome!! Service terrific!!!
It is ok food. Just wish they did not raise there prices. Because it is the same qualty food as before they raised the price. Now I don't go to Red robin that much anymore.
We had to ask for napkins forks fries refill drinks I like bottomless fries not here service is real bad there was 12 of us no tip from me food was great service big fat zero
Just had lunch there with my 2 boys and it was by far the worst service ever... She checked on us 1 time while we ate.. Never came back to refill drinks or bottomless fries.. We had the call server light on for 20 mins and still nothing.. She chatted with her table right in front of us but didn't bother turning around and then when she did check in on us she was talking to her table in front of us not paying attention to us Never even brought the I'll I left my cash and walked out..... Went with my daughter for our lunch break. Waited 47 minutes and never received our food. Ended up having to tell the waitress to cancel our order and get up and leave so we could make it back to work on time. Other tables around us were having the same problem. Tried to call the manager to complain and was put on hold and then no one ever picked up to speak with me. Very frustrated after spending our lunch hour waiting for food we never received and then having to go to work having still not eaten.
