The experience tonight was awful. The waiter was rude and inattentive, our table was broken, our drinks were dry, and the food was not hot. My son accidentally spilled my filled to the brim water and she brought us six napkins when asked but that was it. There was ice all over the floor and it was never cleaned up. The table was slanted on one side. It had a drop down part but it was broken. Without this part the table was way to small for a party of 4 but we couldn't use it as the food/drink slid off. Been eating at red robin for years, over the last year my family's had more problems with newer staff we actually had to leave after waiting a hour to be served a month and a half ago but more recently our server was amazing! She took 4 different orders and brought us the exact food we asked for all except cheese on the chicken sandwich which she had a new one back within 5 mins, just perfect sadly did not catch her name.
Food was good. Was never asked for a refill on fries however the gut that brought our food out, not our server, I asked him for a refill and it never came. Waitress checked on us maybe twice. There were empty tables so they weren't overwhelmingly busy. Lots of laughing and horsing around by the wait staff.
That place was great, and the waitress was really nice! Bottomless fries AND drinks were amazing, and that mushroom burger with the caramelized onion? The best. And the mozzarella sticks came with heated marinara! Do yourself a favor and definitely check it out!
I want to mostly give kudos to our waitress tonight, Alea.! She was awesome and super sweet! Due to a crappy situation we arrived around 9:45, and I use to be a server and hated when people came in right before we closed. But she was super nice about it. Our food was awesome and cane right out! Love this place!
