I absolutely love Red Robin food, but this location when it comes to curbside is terrible. We don’t order often but when we do we call to say we arrived for our order and they leave it sitting there for 20mins before bringing it out cold and soggy. Not an offer to comp the meal for having to sit there. Why should we have to keep reaching out to the restaurant to fulfill their service timely? Sad to say, we’ll not be ordering any longer.
The manager does not know how to treat people, nor does he have any respect for people with special needs
I was in there Thursday for supper. My server was Michael. He was one of only 2 servers that night and I just want to give a shout out to him! He did a fantastic job! I never had to wait to ask for anything. He came by often to see what I needed! I was impressed! He deserves special recognition!
