Sat there for 15-20 minutes with out being helped. Then after my wife went back to the hostess stand. The manager was told , she went to a server in front of us, something was said but nothing was done. After 5 more minutes we left and when I asked for a manager (it was the same lady) she asked if she could comp something. Listen Linda, you can’t comp anything because you haven’t done anything. Horrible service and will not be back.

did this restaurant change ownership recently? I used to bring my kids here every weekend. I left for a year and i come back to overpriced, overcooked preformed frozen patties. could have at least included the camp fire sauce i ordered.
Ate in Topeka on 11/7. Seated at 1:45 and it took 45 minutes before our order was taken. We asked for fries multiple times, we got 3 baskets about 1/3 full. Eight people and literally enough fries for each to have a handful. My wrap was stiff, not sure why, I just emptied it and ate the filling. Didn’t leave until 3:45. We absolutely love Red Robin but this experience left a lot to be desired. Ate lunch here today and our server Jamie really made sure we had a great experience. I love this place and the food is amazing
Went 9/19; seated at 4:30pm, was not given menus or acknowledged by server for almost 30 minutes, placed orders about 4:55pm, kept giving us fries “ until your order is ready “. Finally got served around 5:45pm,husband’s Fish and Chips were COLD. Just brought them home for the dogs.... at least they enjoyed the trip to Red Robin. Will be A LONG TIME BEFORE we go back.
We waited almost a hour for our food. When we got the food it was freezing cold.
I ordered food at 5:45. I was told 30 minutes to 40 minutes for curbside. I get there at 6:20 and waited an hour and almost a half for crap food. Fries were wrong, no sauces and I used my birthday redemption. I provided all my info over the phone and then again had to write it out. People that walked up and ordered in person after me received their food before me. I understand the times and things but I am frustrated that everything was wrong and I used my birthday free burger.
