Good Service awesome french fries & awesome salad
Nice variety to choose from.
Food was great and came to the table hot. Waiter was friendly and personable. He did a great job taking care of us.
My mother and I went to Red Robin yesterday for lunch. We had the best food and the best wait staff...her name was Ebon'e and she really cares about what she is doing and it shows! Red Robin she's a keeper!
We sat at the table close to the kitchen. We could see the kitchen floor. It was covered in grease and actual trash. The servers and the manager just kept walking right past the trash and no one mopped. Service was extremely slow.
Servers took longer then normal to get to us. Took 15 minutes to ask if we were ready to order after me repeating to hit the “call server” button. Half ass service. 32 people here and 5-7 servers. Pathetic
Andrew was amazing. Service fast and friendly and food was wonderful
Haven’t even gotten sat and I’m already not a fan of this place already. We got here at 5:15 pm on a Saturday night and was told it would be about 45 minutes to be sat which is what I expected. I go ask the hostess at 6:10 pm where we were on the list and she tells me that we were next on the list. We did have a party of 6 so average family size. The hostess then calls 4 more peoples names before we get sat. So much for being next on the list. I really hope this food is worth it.
