We love Red Robin's food, but every single time we go there the service is horrible. We always wait forever to get anything we ask for, or the order comes out wrong and several of their waitresses are just rude. There have been several times I've actually wanted the food, but have chosen to go elsewhere because of how bad the service is.
One of the worst experiences we've had at any restaurant. To get good service needed to be a teenage girl I guess. I'm not one to use racial bias but I felt embarrassed to be me. Don't recommend it all. Certain people got very good service while we did not feel welcome at all.
It was good. The strawberry lemonade was really good, and the glass was awesome! Might have to order some of those from the website!
Had a server named Tegan. He was great. Very personable and quick, attentive customer service. Food was delicious as well.
They have new travers burgers that are excellent.They even have one with mac and cheese on it.They are back to serving endless fries as appetizers hot and fast like they use too
