tonight we chose red robin topeka ks ......NEVER AGAIN.......service was a best poor ......food was ok .....i mean when i order my 12 to 15 dollar burger and ask well done i dont want it pink in the middle .....no problem ......WHAT PISSES ME OFF IS EATING THERE AND BEING CHARGED 2 DOLLARS FOR A GAME WE NEVER PAYED FOR .......THEY ALSO CHARGED THE TABLE NEXT TO US FOR THE SAME THING .......WE TALKED TO A MANAGER WHO AS SMART AS HE WAS .....SEEMED SHELL SHOCKED THAT THIS HAD HAPPENED .........NEVER AGAIN
I had the smoke and pepper burger it was probably the best burger I have had. I will definitely be back. Yummmmmm
My family USED to come to this restaurant often because of the gluten free options. In the past 30 days out of 5 times coming to eat here, 3 times there were no gluten free buns in stock. It is disappointing to see an establishment unable to take care of their customers. I will be sharing this review on my personal page.
Always go to Red Robin for my burgers, i never do fast food burgers..My Granddaughters and myself favorite place for a burger and the fry sauce is so so good.......
