We got the best service ever!!! Gave the waiter a heafty tip!!!
The food was really good. The service not so much. Never got a refill on my “bottomless” iced tea, fries or Mac and cheese. Pretty sure that’s the gimmick. We waited for our food order for more than 20 minutes after we finished our appetizer. If you want to eat here just make sure you’re patient.
Waited ten minutes before even asked what I wanted to drink. As soon as my appetizer came I asked for campfire sauce. Something so simple right? Not for them, I asked three different people a total of at least five times. INCLUDING my waitress that I asked at least three times. Never got my campfire sauce. Definitely won’t be back to this location!

I go to Red Robin all the time it's normally wonderful but yesterday the burgers were not cooked all away they taste like microwaved food But the service was great

Hamburgers were mush. Fries were warm. Not going back. You got 2 stars for the great waitress. Was not her fault when the other guy brought the salad and no fork for real. Oh and no napkins either geeez
Amazing burger! Excellent service! My goal is to try every burger on the menu and determine which one is my favorite.
