Every time my husband and I go to the Red Robin in Downtown Summerlin the servers are all very friendly. The food has ALWAYS been fresh and hot. If I could just remember to ask for mustard and ranch dressing when I order my food that would be so nice.
Very nice greeting, convenient location, enticing menu, HOWEVER, I did not have the opportunity to try ANYTHING on the menu since no one came to even take a drink order 15 minutes after being seated. We walked out and decided to seek one of the other million restaurants in Downtown Summerlin next to this place. There are too many choices in this town for a chain restaurant to neglect their customers.
FOOD WAS LUKE WARM..MAIN COURSE SOUP AND SALID ALL CAME AT THE SAME TIME...TOLD MANAGER TO TAKE COLD ONION SOUP BACK AND HE LEFT IT SIT...MANAGER DIDN'T CARE. ABOUT POOR FOOD BLEW ME OFF AS WE LEFT...WAS A PARTY OF 10 INCL. MULTIPLE FOSTER CHILDREN..WONT BE GOING BACK..
