RecommendedThe restaurant was pretty busy and it seemed as though I had the only waiter. I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name but he was amazing. He stayed on top of my needs as well as all the other tables he had. It was so refreshing to have such great customer service!
Had a great meal today in the bar area; our server Jason was so amazing that we never had to ask for anything. Brought drinks immediately, got the order perfect, sent refills timely. Food was delicious from the French Onion Soup to our 3 Gourmet Burgers. Too bad no room for dessert but we did share a shake too. Good Job!
The quality has went down big time. The last three times I’ve been there, I haven’t been impressed.

I was very impressed that they went the extra mile and set up a table for the soldiers that didn't make it home.
This was my 2nd time visiting a Red Robin. First time was in my hometown of Topeka Kansas, and I must say this location here in Vegas is way better. Food was hott, fries were delish and service was great. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is my boyfriend's and I burger was a lil over done an the waitress pointed out the biggest burgers Red Robin offers (which were around $14) but they're definitely not worth the price. They were very tasty though. I'll definitely be back to try more of their menu options!!
Service was great, food was delicious, only bad thing to say was the buns were a little dry and stale.
