I love that place.................................
We waited 20 min to be seated that's ok as,we were told it would be a wait. Once seated the service was horrible. Our food took forever. We ordered more fries had to ask for them twice it took 20 min or more. Son ordered a milkshake which took 30 min and we had to ask for twice. We had to ask for our check which took another 15 min. Good was good but not worth all the waiting. The manager just eked around with am ipad in her hand the whole time. Not once to she engage with any customers or try to help her staff. Wow so im collecting all free birthday gifts, food items for a vlog for you tube. I heard that you guys give away a free birthday burger so i created an account a day before my birthday then contacted customer service and took for ever for a response on my question which was : if i recieved one because my royalty card is new... i recieved a response that didnt make ANY since....... my birthday was on the 25th so i assumed it just loaded on the 25th.but never got a answer back... its now the 1st and expired........ what is th... read more
