I just went in today for lunch and I had an awful time. I had a waitress who sat down at my table while my Grandmother was making her drink order. I am not paying for you to seat down next to me and act like you can't wait for a senior citizen to make her order. We were given two baskets of refill fries as we were preparing to finish and the waitress took both baskets which were full back to the kitchen to get "warm" ones and came out with reheated fries from the smaller basket. The sangria sucked and there's way too much ice in it! Epic fail!
Wasn't great, meat was dry, chili very spicy, dry, old looking...who serves chili without crackers? Shake was good, salad was good. Pretzel bites overly cooked, came out dark brown and cheddar cheese sauce runny and watery. Jus wasn't happy.
My first time at Red Robin, Lis was our waitress. I had plenty of questions. She was wonderful. Food and desserts were great.
I am sad to report that the service and the food was pretty crappy. Sucks because I love Red Robin but I won't be going back there anytime soon
Don't know what other people's problem is, I have been here at this restaurant many, many times and NEVER had a problem with anyone or anything. Will be back many more times.
