Just came from this location after getting my free birthday burger and fries Both my mom and I had one cuz our birthdays are 4/5 & 4/6. Our server, named after my favorite Disney Princess, Ariel...was absolutely AMAZING! Best service I've ever had! She was super friendly and absolutely wonderful and so sweet to my three boys. took 50 min to get seat, 20 more b4 server took our order then 15 more for fries and drinks. total 3 and half hrs from start to getting change from check.
The wait was offered at 15 minutes and it was. However our wait or Sean did not get us any ketchup so I had to find my own off of a vacant table. Then when I went te eat my Mac n cheese I discovered that I could not because I hadn't been given any silverware. Next just to notice that they still hadn't brought out my 5 year old sons dinner. So now I have to hunt down my waiter to tell him our complications (in the kitchen btw) and they finally bring my son's dinner after we all have completely finished our meal. Continuously having to ask for refill of fries and drink long delays for food to arrive to table staff seems disinterested in their customers won't be back gave it 3x tries
