I love their burgers and most of all, their endless serving of fries.
although the wait to be seated was a bit ridiculous about an hour or so, Our server Jodee was awesome !! & made our dining experience great she was very nice & always kept an eye on us we never had to ask for a refill & if we needed anything she made sure we got it quickly it was my sons birthday dinner so a special occasion , when we left we made sure to let the manager know what amazing service we had :)
My brother and I took a road trip and ended up at eating at Red Robin. We both ordered the Black and Bleu burgers. What a rip off! 40 bucks for the crappy burgers and two cokes! That's the first and last time Red Robin will ever get to see our money.
Me and my mom are regulars for Red Robin so this was the first for us... Our server wasn't all there.... She got my order wrong..... She just walked away when we were talking to her... And she almost touched my moms half eaten food. It was terrible we waited almost an hour for our food alone... We are not going back to that location ever again.....
It's just so loud in there some people have some big ass mouths on them me and my family couldn't hear each other it was too damn loud the next time I will walk out some people need to chill when the talk ......they holler....
My hamburger was delicous, also the fries & our waiter was great
The burger was good but the customer service was really bad
