Love this place. Eat here pretty regularly. Maybe once a month. Always great service and excellent food. Never had a problem with the staff. They can get busy or training new people but that's all totally understandable.

Will we went to Red Robin yesterday for a surprise dinner for my son's birthday. The waitress we was great and worked with us on my son's surprise dessert, half way through our meal the manager brings the dessert out. And the waitress walked and seen the dessert was on the table. She quickly got everyone around so they could sing happy birthday to my son. So my rating for the waitress we had i would give her a 4.5. The manager 2.0
This was our first time to Red Robin. Fully enjoyed everything. Food is phenomenal. We'll be back again and again. So much Goodness to choose from. And all the bottomless stuff is awesome. 5 star place. Loved it.
Our waitress told me they didn't have something, and when I pointed it out on the menu she still claimed they didn't serve it. Then she didn't clear our plates, fill our waters or bring napkins. I had to ask her to do all of the above. The food wasn't fantastic. The onion rings and the burgers fell apart. This used to be a kid-friendly, casual place with decent food, but the last two times we've gone as a family we haven't been impressed. Been coming here for my cheat meals for ever. Great burgers, great servers. What more do you want?
I would Give Zero Stars if it were possible. The waitress forgot about half what we had ordered, then brought the wrong side. We we asked for more french fries, she informed us that they didn't have any more, the friars were turned off and they threw what was left away. 5 minutes later the manager told us they did have fries and said the waitress doesn't know what she's talking about, but did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. I would not recommend this place Zero stars.
