We used to be regular customers of this place, but not anymore. Their burgers got smaller and their prices went up. When I ordered iced tea, the waiter asked me how many sugars I wanted...REALLY?! Has it come to this? Will not be returning again.
I love Red Robin! Always have but I was so disappointed to find that they have done away with green chili...in NEW MEXICO. We were told that corporate was the one who decided to get rid of it. This is New Mexico. We eat green chili with everything. Green chili burgers are a signature thing here seems odd that a burger joint wouldn't include a state favorite on their menu.
Bottomless fries?... What a joke. A family of 4 splitting a basket w 12 fries!!
Horrible customer service!! Called in to place a to-go order and I was on hold for 14 minutes when I decided to call on my other cellphone, I explained to the lady who picked up that I was on hold on the other line for 14 minutes and she lazily spit out an I'm sorry the bartender takes to-go orders, I'll connect you over there. Now I'm on hold on two different phones! One for 21 minutes now the other for 10..Forget it. Never giving them my business again!
Managers are horrible... They undermine servers to meet a personal gain. It's horrible whoever owns this shit should make a change before I go completely public about your shitty restaurant and horrible service
Moved to Albuquerque NM, 4 weeks ago and have eaten at 2 of your locations in Albuquerque. The food and service was Fantastic. Ate your wonderful burger with an egg on top. Keep up the Great work.
