Great service waitress did a great job fast service keeping sweet tea filled. Fast service with burger and fries with ranch dressing. Freindly service.
The food was more than ample and delicious. All the staff were extremely friendly and wonderful. Me and my friend had an extremely great time at this restaurant. I highly recommend.

Went out for a quiet New Years Eve dinner. My husband's Royal Robin Burger was great as always and I usually get the Teriyaki Burger, but had Clucks and Shrimp. Tried the garlic fries, yum. Dinner was great and the service was great as usual.
Excellent food & service!!! The new burgers they are advertising truly taste as good as they look.
Had a reservation for October 7th at 4:30, called a week before and was told to call an hour before so they could have tables ready when we arrived, actually called 2 hours before and when we arrived with our party of 14 our tables were not ready and waiting about 45 minutes and two parties equally as large was giving tables before us. Call another establishment and they only needed a few minutes to get tables put together for us so we walked out and took our business elsewhere
Placed a to-go this evening, only to get all the way home and find out my order was completely wrong. I asked for no relish on both burger, but one bun clearly showed that someone put it on there and scrapped it off... can't afford to spare a new bun? WOW. One burger was covered in garnish asked I also asked for no garnish at all. Couldn't even enjoy my food. Called the location to speak with a manager, and the hostess was rude and left me on hold for over 5 minutes. Very disappointed. Thanks Red Robin.
