Every time we've been to this location the service has been extremely slow. We thought we'd give it another try and order delivery through Door Dash. Our order was wrong: my son was missing an item from his meal, my Blue Ribbon Burger had no blue cheese and they refused to give the delivery person the second coke we ordered, arguing with her that we only ordered one. We have been Red Robin patrons for years and never experienced the kind of disservice we have at this location.
We went in yesterday the food was good. However our server was no good. We had to ask for refills on our drinks and fries. Still got ignored until she finally seen we were pissed off...! Red Robin what happened to your restaurant? It used to be so good and your servers were great . Then !!!!
Normally I hate sitting in the bar because the service is slow due to the bar tender also being the server but that girl was all over it. She kept up with the bar and the tables in her section. I rate you a 4 because I paid on the machine and then had to re-pay because the drinks weren't to our bill yet.
Not impressed. Burgers too expensive
