I wish I could rate this a big 0. Our family of 6 (4 kids under 5 and one on the way) Went in for food and ordered our drinks and apps right away. After 30 min we received our drinks but no apps. Another 20 min passed with our server avoiding eye contact then he finally came to take our dinner order (still no apps or refills) said he was unaware of where our apps we're we asked how long till apps and meals we were told not long at all. The waitress was nice. That's the only good thing. Burnt chili, wrong items and we were told "I'm not sure if there is any clean silverware." Won't be back.
My best friend told me about this place..he calls it "The Robin" due to his color blindness but he assured me the food was worth the long lines. He wasn't wrong! I tried the royal burger and felt like a King! Since then, I've come back usually once a week. I'm trying to eat every single item on the menu. I'm half way through page 3! So far, my fav item is the Teriyaki Grilled Chicken Burger! Plus bottom-less fries! Glad I always wear sweatpants when I eat there!
I hate giving bad ratings but normally red robin is great. Fresh warm fries and amazing burgers. We always order to go and we dove in faster then normal and the fries were cold. Not slightly warm but cold. They didn't habe one of our sandwiches and called right before our order was supposed to be done to let us know so we just cancelled that part so they said they were going to send somwthing extra. We had a great time. The food was great, our server kept our drinks/fries/chips filled, and the selection is awesome. We don't have one near where I live, but it was a nice first time experience during our Boise trip.
Hands down best hamburgers I have ever had. Bottomless fries and drinks makes the experience even better.
Our meal was ok. We ordered pizza and fries for my grandson, when it came out it was on bread with sauce and hard as rock, he couldn't eat it said it was crunchy, and not pizza. I wasn't impressed. The service wasn't great either.
