My waiter was great, nice and made sure things were good. Food is always good.
Yesterday me and my team in EverAfter Enchantments went here after our event. The whole staff was absolutely wonderful to us! They took care of us so well and the Manager, Jose was absolutely so kind! Red Robin was already my favorite and now I love it even more! Thank you!�
I love Red Robin I eat there quite a lot. I normally get it to go because I work nights and only have time to eat on the go. However the Milwaukee Red Robin never seems to get my order correct. One out of the 4 times I have been there they got it correct. And it’s really simple chicken wrap no tomatoes and a side of ceaser. If I was you I would go to one of the other ones like park centers I drive to that one because they have not let me down ever. Maybe it’s because I get car side to go but who knows.
We had outstanding service even though it was a very busy Saturday night. The food was good, although not stellar. The waitress was great.

I just had the worst service I have ever had. I was taking my daughters out for father daughter date and made the mistake of going to red robin. I walked in and the greeter said they are clearing a table for me and it would be just a few minutes. A few minutes later about 5 other groups came in and got seated right away. I had to ask for the manager and he did not even offer to help us. Will not be going there again and I recommend staying away from that dump!
Absolutely terrible service and food was horrible. Don't know why server would have so many tables with large party's when clearly she couldn't handle it. Also took forever for our food. By the time we received our food it was cold. Would not recommend this place.
