Red Robin needs better staffing and customer service.
Good food and kind of crappy service, but we have learned to expect that. My teens' fav burger place, so...
If you have customers seated for over 20minutes and still no server checking in...that's poor service. When you've got more wait staff on than customers and they are visibly chattering like hens...I hold management responsible. We WERE very loyal, but we've decided to find a new burger place in Anchorage. You need to take responsibility for your staff. Sayonara Red Robin!
One of the WORST Red Robin experiences ever. Come all the time and after waiting over an hour for food on a not busy day tried to wave down the manager multiple times wouldn't make eye contact had to raise my hand and wave at the server for a box probably at least 20 minutes after we finished if Marcus is my server next time I will walk away if I even decide to come back and maybe a manager that pays attention. It's like she knew he was doing bad and did not walk through his section once in almost 2 hours
