More like zero stars! This place straight up sucks!!!!!! Met up with a friend and our kids for lunch, they did not serve us half of our order, so we sat there waiting and waiting for the food, I later canceled. So not only that but the restaurant had a funk smell. Before i left I wanted to talk to the manage and all she had said was an insincere apology.
Don’t call in any to go orders unless you plan on no one answering the phone. The phone literally rang for 30 minutes! Not once did I ever talk to an actual person...NOT ONCE that whole time did anyone pick up the phone at any point and place me on hold, the phone just rang and rang and rang from the moment I selected that I was placing a to go order for 30 MINUTES before I hung up.
Food was good but our server had no concept of hospitality. He treated us like we were a bother to him and he was very attentive to his other tables but we had to ask other servers for our extra fries and I made it very clear I DIDN'T want my water iced, it was iced when he brought it. He was spot on for his other tables and he ignored us, my birthday today and except.last year and about 6yrs ago, went to LaMex and once to Kumagoro,. Burgers are good, Nachos is the best. Love the Nachos here. �
The server didn't look to enthused to be there... we had to keep calling her over for things ... hoping she'd notice that the drinks were needing to be refilled... the children's chicken strips came out to us coated in cinnamon sugar... never once was anyone offered or asked if they wanted more fries... they did remake the child's food... just said it got dumped into the wrong spice.... like duh... we don't go there very often anymore because of the service...
I had the gluten-free lettuce wrapped barbeque burger and it was fantastic!
