seriously the slowest service I've had. The glasses cover the whole bar, the server has no clue why it's so slow and we have been waiting for a while now. Your burgers are fancy but until you help the poor servers out it'll never rate.
Fries were not very good service was ok burger seems to go downhill won’t be going back very soon
i went there this week. i was presented with the tabletop pay device and told to go ahead and pay the bill. i paid the check and got a receipt and realized it was not my order. i told the server and she took my card and ran it for my order, telling me the other one would be refunded. it was not refunded. manager is giving me the runaround and nobody seems to know or care. average food with a healthy dose of direspect for paying customers. don't go there
Terrible service. Our sever never brought us napkins, asked how we were doing. Never smiled. Bathrooms were nasty. Stood there while the host chatted it up with a coworker without helping us. Burgers were Meh. As we left two people were at the front chatting and ignored us. This place needs a course in customer Service.
Tre was awesome helped with all my gluten free food made sure all my needs were taken care of Red Robin in Anchorage on Diamond and tre were amazing
The service has for sure gone down, sticky tables, my Burger was good but suuuuuuper greasy and the garlic herb fries used to have cheese and herbs now it’s garlic slopped on it with a bunch of oil.. we told the waitress it was our sons bday and she said she would take care of it and did nothing.. probably won’t be going back there.
Been waiting for nearly an hour for three burgers, without any communication from the staff, the strawberry basil lemonade that was ordered came in a filthy cup. The service is terrible and we will not be coming back to the Dimond location.
