Do not buy a car here if you have a service dog! Parents purchased 2 new vehicles here for cash. On 2 separate occasions had to return vehicles to service dept and were denied a loaner vehicle because they had their service dog with them (a small dog). Was told by the service dept manager they had complaints filed previously and they were exempt from the ADA law because the loaner vehicles were new. I don’t think you will find any better definition that could describe Chris Bowers. His professionalism and integrity in helping us purchase our new Chevrolet Traverse is unmatched. Waited for a salesman for over 20 min and no one ever came out. Had to call the number and wait to only to be told they were about to close... and they couldn’t help do anything. Then as we pull out magically a salesman appears and helps another couple on the lot that arrived after us. Horrible horrible horrible customer service and do not recommend.
