Total for the service I requested and the steering repairs came to around $3,000.00. The service department did research on their own and found an extended warranty I didn't even know I had. RecommendedWe bought our 2019 Chevy Traverse from Josh about a month ago. It is still just as easy to reach him, like it was when we were in the process of buying our vehicle. While we were looking, he never bothered us or tried forcing us into anything we didn't want to buy but was there to help in every way possible. We recommend him!

When you make a appointment to get your vehicle repaired all they do is park your vehicle in a large parking lot around back and put you in a loner vehicle. They've had my 2018 Chevrolet Colorado zr2 for 3 days now to replace a shock under warranty! Now they're telling me my truck will not be fixed until Monday afternoon. This is the first Chevy I've ever bought and I don't think I will make that mistake again! I should've bought a Toyota!
My daughter was in contact with Red River salesperson Deanna Bass for weeks prior to my purchase. She knew what I wanted down to the color both in and out and the price I could afford. When she found that vehicle a 2018 Malibu demonstrator, Deanna contacted my daughter and we went by to see the vehicle.
