Had a wonderful salesperson, Jennifer Farrington. She made the buying experience effortless and was very knowledgeable about the car I bought and all it's functions, etc. Highly recommend her and Red River Chevy when buying a vehicle.
Drove from Dallas to purchase from here. Jennifer F. was extremely helpful as was the finance department and another department that helped my get my insurance set up before driving back to Dallas. Will definitely keep them in mind in the future

Red River Chevrolet isn't only convenient for me (I literally work right down the street) but they have impeccable customer service and even if this establishment wasn't on my direct route to work, I would still give them my business. Everyone is so nice and personable. On many occasions, they have went out of their way to ensure I had a ride to work and have picked me up at work when my vehicle was ready at no cost of my own. I have recommended them and will again to anyone who is in need of car service!
Our salesman, Josh Bakalis, was excellent in helping us with our purchase. The finance people made our transaction easy and smooth. I plan on buying my next car from Red River Motors. They are, by far, my favorite Chevrolet dealership. I feel at home on their sales floor and in their service department.
