I called at 3:15 to get my wife's car in for an oil change and tire rotation (which was significantly less than I paid at the Ford dealership I go to for my truck). At 3:30 I was sitting in the waiting area drinking my coffee and using the WiFi. They came across a recall they wanted to fix, which I was nervous about since I had to be at an appointment before 5pm.
