This is the fourth time I have brought my SUV in for routine service. Every time I have picked it up the front has not been vacuumed out. Why do you offer the service if no one does it and the service managers don’t check to make sure it’s been done? The last time I had it there they put the wrong size wipers on so I also mentioned the front seats not being vacuumed. This time I picked up receipts,masks and such but left a straw wrapper on the drivers side floor mat. No one even bothered to pick it up to even look like they ... read more
It was great! David Prunty did an outstanding job getting us a great deal and he was very professional. We have purchased six vehicles from Red River Chevy, and this one will make number seven. We are so glad to be back in the Red River Family! Outstanding dealership and highly recommended!
Lex is a great asset for Red River Chevy. Unfortunately for my case the vehicle I was looking at didn't fall in my budget. Now the part I didn't care for Mr. Picard (Internet Sales Manager). He sure knows how to pour on the bologna story and shady sale skim. All that Mr. Picard wants to do is get his money and if he got to let's say take advantage of you he going to do that. He refuses to budge at all. He will slap you in your face on offer on your trade in; but he thinks most people are uneducated vehicle buyers.

Hands-down customer service was phenomenal. Everyone from the service managers all way down to the guys that detail vehicles took pride in their jobs. If you take care of the little things, that lets me know you take care of the big things and it’s that’s not all just about moving units out the door.
