Been to a lot of Harley Davidson dealerships and I will say most of them don't do so well in the customers service aspect...well now I have been to 4 with Great service.....and trust me finding a Harley Davidson dealership with Great customer service is hard to find....this is one......
I stopped by Red River HD on my trip back home to Florida. I have been on a 20 day trip so far and have stopped at HD dealerships in 27 states on this trip alone and Red River is by far the nicest one yet. The folks that work there are very nice made me feel very welcome. I highly recommend stopping by Red River HD.
Big shout out to Brad in Service! You sir, rock. Brad saved my bacon by fixing up an issue with my Street. He did it quickly and I can't thank the dude enough. You guys are solid in my book.
Great place; wonderful people!!! No hassles from any of the staff.
