This credit union is the worst EVER! They are constantly turning my card off! I can’t get access to my money because my debit card won’t work, because they think you spent too much money one day. They expect you to contact them anytime you spend more than a $100 dollars like you have to ask them for permission to spend your money. The worst part is they wait, until a Friday night to do it so there is zero chance you can get your issue with them fixed. Why? Because they are closed, and their phone service is closed. it is New Year's Eve and none of the ATM machines, online services, the app, or phone systems work. There has been no update or communication from RRFCU providing and explanation.
