After banking with them for over 30 years I go in to use the coin machine and they want to charge me to use it and put the money into savings.

Great customer service at the Grambling branch since I’ve had an account for the past 5 years. They have gone above and beyond to help me with all my needs. These three ladies LaTasha, Angela and Iesha deserve a lot of recognition for their services. They have been extremely helpful throughout my membership.
I feel like I have stepped back in time. We recently moved to the area and decided to open an account. It has been so much trouble since day one. Today I went to the atm to make a deposit. Surprise! You can’t make a deposit? What!? I then wait for the bank to open. They are 8 minutes late opening and a the manager just told me it will be a few more minutes. The best in the country! They recently help me with a personal matter without flitching...Mark or Mike over the loan department and the of course the President is the best at their jobs..They talked to me like they knew me..i love that!!
