We had a car loan with RRCU. We payed it off. Two months later I called and asked when I could expect my title. All they could tell me was that their records showed they sent it out already. So I went through the whole lost title application process. An hour, a phone call, a stamp, a photocopy, some printing, a trip to RRCU and a personal check for $2.00. No big deal.
