Sitting outside @RedRiverFederalCreditUnion trying to figure out how they can take $105 from my account and NO ONE can explain how and why! I’m so over it at this point with them. How is it my balance says one thing and yet you can keep throwing me in Overdraft with transactions that have already happened and collect $35 off of me. I’ll wait!
I just wanted to say thank you to Red River Federal Credit Union. I have been a member there for as long as I can remember and they have always gone above and beyond starting when I was basically a kid to now, helping me time and time again. Great place but for some reason "CANNOT" get my Online Banking experience to an acceptable level. Still having mucho trouble getting signed in. What in the world is wrong?
Get people that know how to talk to people with mental handicaps. I tried for fifteen minutes to ask a question your person would not let me finish asking question I have autism and if you stop me I have to start at beginning. I feel all your Banking needs should be done at Red River Federal Credit Union, associates are always friendly and respectful. Nola always lets me know if what I am doing is right, she doesn't tell me no, she lets me know if she feels I am making the right decision then lets me make my own decision as what to do and she is always right.
