Great people and great service
Was Approved for a credit card on 1/21 and a month later I still haven’t received it, had the original card canceled and the second card is yet to arrive as well. Should offer an option to pick up inside local office and or an option to pay expedited shipping obviously Usps isn’t working. *Update* The staff at RRCU reaches out to me regarding the issue they were very nice and provided me an update on the status of the card in which I actually received today. Thank you.

i have an awesome costomer service with Patricia cunningham&Emily bright,very quick responce and they answer all my questions very fast,ibjave been trying to call but no one answer so i decided to inbox redriver federal credit union and this is the first time i did it and it was awesome service,thank you patricia&emily!!
I receive the best customer service at this credit union and have for the past 17 years. from the loan department all the way to contacting via social media, the employees are phenomenal. they've helped me get through check theft, get several loans in emergency situations and even when they couldn't help me they've gone above and beyond to do their best to always with a very positive attitude.
I have been a customer of this place before and I try to apply for a loan of $300 and open a checking and savings account, but NO they are way to busy to bother with my little request! I would like to say that I don’t recommend this POS credit union!
