Dr. Armour, has been my doctor for over 25 years! She has always taken exceptional care of me and my family.
I was referred to this practice by customer service at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama more than a week ago. I have yet to speak with a live human being in real time. They called and left a voicemail stating that they do not take Medicare patients therefore they could not see me but I am 60 years old and I am not a Medicare recipient. Apparently the only way these folks are willing to communicate is via voicemail which is unfortunate especially if your issue is urgent as mine was and still is. Ive been seeing Dr. Armour since I was a teen and she is great. She answers questions and give it to you straight with no beating around the bush. Her nurses are always polite and very friendly. 10/10 will go until I can't!
