RecommendedToyota of Bountiful was amazing for me. I dropped my car off and they gave me a ride home. When the car was finished they brought my car out to the house. I was very appreciative because I work nights and I was able to sleep all day and not worry about getting the car picked up and brought home.
RecommendedI have been using this dealership for several years. They generally do a great job. However I took my car to have new tires put on. I was disappointed that they did not clean up the tires after they finished. There was something yellowish gooey on the tires. I assume it was what they used to put the new tires on the wheel. It came off fairly easy. But I should not have had to clean the tires myself. While I will continue to use this dealership, this was a disappointing visit!

They seem to be so busy their customer service I feel is starting to slip. This is the third or fourth service I’ve received from them and when I first bought my Highlander they would always wash and clean my car before returning it to me. Now they are all about just getting us out the door. I had asked them if I needed my oil changed because I was only a couple hundred miles from why the sticker read reminding us of the oil change but the said no you do not need it changed yet.
