Visited your 111 Jackson, Naperville store this evening and we were so disappointed with our visit. My kids wanted to try Red Mango vs Forever Yogurt since we had heard good reviews of your yogurt but after receiving such poor customer service from your staff tonight we will definitely not be visiting your location again. Downtown Naperville has so many good restaurants & ice cream choices to choose from its a shame that your staff doesn't know the meaning of good customer service. The frozen yogurt here is so refreshing and so fun to make!
I just tried to come to this location about 30 mins ago. Walked to the front door and it was locked. On the door it says open until 10pm. The lights were on and I heard music. I was knocking and knocking on the door. I saw a employee sitting there with a friend eating red mango! I went to the window where they were knocked on it and yelling if they were open and they started laughing at me. What kind of service is that?! I ended up calling and the girl was rude.
