the yogurt is always good with many flavors but no safety Procedures except for us to wear a mask everyone touching the ice cream pulls and also no coverings over add-ons fruits or candies and everyone touching the scoops for the add-ons and no one cleaning after use won't be back for awhile hope they get it together
My grandson is highly allergic to gluten. We asked the young lady at the counter if the yogart was gluten free and she responded, "ah, sure. Yes it is". Only a few of the flavors said gluten free on their labels. When I went back to the counter to ask about cross contamination, another girl said they "washed their equipment every morning" (?!!). Terrible service and not a welcoming staff at this location! I came in with my sisters to get some froyo like anyone else. We made a mistake of asking what nuts were in the granola. And little girl Abby snapped saying "we don't know" and then glared at us all within 1 minute of us being in there. Definitely not recommending anyone to go to this location. I love Red Mango but this location is a big disappointment!
I had a fly in my smoothie! I spit it out and FREAKED OUT!! I’m SO grossed out and can’t believe it! I went in the afternoon on 9/18 and am sickened & traumatized!!
