Cool and vintage style pub bartender was nice i asked what was good had never been she gave me a couple tasters no problem

Excellent Food and Drinks! Great place to go before a Dodger's game!
The place is a total dive - brilliant if that’s what you want. It’s small, dark, and I didn’t want to know the last time it was thoroughly cleaned. Service was a mess. The authentic German food is actually good. The crowd is fun and a pleasant alternative to LA’s superficial norm. Yeah, I’d go back.

Service is a bit iffy, good food and drinks lend to forgiving the lackluster service(on several occasions there is one Server to patio full of patrons)Management/ Staffing big time boo boo!!!
We ALWAYS have a great time at Red Lion thanks to Elke. We schlepp from Long Beach for some great beer and a weekend lunch with her kindred spirit. We call her our “favorite bar wench” and we laugh! The food is generous and very good. European atmosphere, unlike another “acid rock” comment, we seem to get Chopin and Mozart and that makes us happy!!
Great beer, giant boobs, good time. Got a nice buzz on 1 giant beer.
Have visited many, many times and always rewarded with a fine time, look forward to the next time.
