Officially the worst casino I’ve ever been to in my life and I’ve visited a lot of on the Befay very worst on my list the food seems like it was frozen three times over it and then warmed up in the microwave when the staff was told they just shrugged her shoulders like her that’s how it always is the blackjack dealer was Dylan from the bottom of the deck very visual very obvious it’s a scam this place is the worst I will never ever go back there if you like your money or want to good thyme do not go to this place at all
some of the people at red lion are great. be careful who you talk to though. one of their employees asked my wife about a job , mind you they weren't at red lion when it happened. Her supervisor lied and said she was recruiting at red lion lol. long story short we went in to hang out and have a drink and she was told to leave . that she has a lifetime ban from all properties for recruiting harrasment and threatened with being picked up for trespassing. great customer service red lion.
I love it hear the poeple in the hotel well trained very respectful casino staff are beautiful poeple . the food is good
False advertisement! Paid for an upgrade and received a 1970’s dump with human remains leftover. Woke up and went to parents room and totally upgraded. Walked back to my room and checked out the rooms being cleaned by housekeeping. All those rooms were upgraded. Life lesson....don’t upgrade at Red Lion Hotel and don’t have Sheree help you (manager)...rude!
