Money Launder much? I attempted to get a carry out from here recently. Cash only. The only cash I had on me was a few dollars for a tip to the server. Conveniently there is an ATM machine in there now. I've gone there a couple times a year my whole life. The food or shakes are definitely not worth an ATM fee...
I have been coming here since I was a kid! Best chocolate malt and season fries I have ever had!!!
I was there on the 26th of August and had a great time. The staff was courteous and the place was clean. I really enjoyed the huge onion rings. I will be back.
Service was good, our waitress was attentive and had a sense of humor. The burger was salty but cooked through. The onion rings are enormous but tasted good! A little pricey but it's a old family favorite place that is a must once a year!
We haven't been there since they changed it to cash only. No one carries cash anymore. It was a nice place for date nights. Milk shakes and fried pickles.
I have been coming to Knapp's for over 40 years. Tonight however, was such a disappointment. The staff was rude all throughout our meal, specifically when asked about the change to cash only. I asked if the menu was the same, because the uniforms and new faces tipped me off to new management. I was assured it was the same. It was not!!!! I was served a bloody Cheeseburger Deluxe and the Seasoned Fries (used to be the best around) had almost no seasoning and no butter. Terrible! 42 bucks for two coney dogs, two burgers, three french fries and four of the smallest drinks ever! 7.40 for a burger and extra charge for a tomato slice and a piece of lettuce. What is up with cash only? Service was awful. Saw two couples actually leave over half their food! Will never go back!
