They have the best shakes/malts! However, their French fries were horrible. When paying our bill, we informed the waitress of how bad they were and all she offered was a "sorry". We stayed for a few extra minutes to gather our belongings and kept watch to see if she would inform the cooks or a manager, she didn't. I was ok with her not offering to take them off the bill since we did eat half of the order, but she should have offered a sincere apology and assured me she would let someone know about my complaint. Food was horrible and overpriced, my coworkers and I, all got sick after eating. I will never go back.
I grew up going to Red Knapp’s but haven’t been there in over 30 years, introduced my wife and kids to the awesomeness that hasn’t changed!
They were really busy because of the lights, so some of the issues we had may be due to that. The biggest issue was that nobody got their food at the same time. With 4 people in our party, each of us got our entree at a different time. So the first to get theirs was done by the time the last got there's. Also, the fries didn't come until after everyone finished eating. It was a frustrating experience to say the least.
So very expensive for what you get. $45 for 2 burgers that they charge extra for everything a grilled cheese they forgot about 3 pops and 3 fries...
The ground beef is quality beef. You can taste the difference. Yes, the prices have gone up over the years. That’s to be expected. You get 5 onion rings per order. I ate 2 and my wife ate 2 and that was plenty. Great service, great time. Don’t understand the negative reviews on here. Thanks
