If you want to avoid issues and problems don’t rent with them. I have had so many issues with them since we moved in. Basically everything was under tenant responsibility. Mold in the entire house. To them nothing was ever notified. They will get money from you as that’s all they care about. Very very unprofessional.
It's been a hard time finding a place that was affordable for me and my family. This company went above and beyond to help us, texting everyday doing their best to get us options. Laini thank you for bringing my family back together and under one roof! I can't wait to move in. Who knows maybe when we are ready for our forever home maybe we will call you then as well!

They will hold ONE 10 year old judgement against you for a low quality/slum apartment. Don't even bother if your history regardless of how old isn't perfect. And before they respond with trying to tell me I lied, I never had that 10 year old judgement come up as an eviction when renting my last two apartments so I was unaware of it being on my credit !
