My review would've been good anyway based on the atmosphere and the popularity, but the food! I had the Cochinita Pibil, which i highly recommend, and the Tamarind Margarita is the best drink I've had in a while. It tastes a little like apricot, & seems to have cinnamon & clove, as well as orange & lime juice. A friend from Atlanta, & another from Birmingham recommended this place to me, and I'm glad they did!

I try to get to Red Iguana whenever I'm in SLC. We asked for the mole platter to try different flavors. I ended up getting a regular chicken mole enchalada and one with mango mole. Try the mango, it's great! The manager hooked us up as we were in our chaplain uniforms. Great guy. Everything was wonderful.
We brought Bill Hartley from the show GHOST OF SHEPERDSTOWN yesterday and he loved the food and service.

The food and atmosphere is great! The manager Ale was so amazing to our table. The staff is very knowledgeable and super friendly. very clean and very delish!
Food was FABULOUS, service was great, adorable cozy and fun environment... definitely recommend and will return! This is a must if you are stopping while in Utah!
This place treats you like royalty. It wasn't just dinner, it was an experience. A great one!
Been to both locations in SLC and I love their food everything is fresh and flavorful. A constant stop when in the area.
